INGREDIENTS:
- 2 sticks celery
- 1 broccoli stalk/ ¼ cucumber
- handful spinach leaves
- 1 knob ginger
- 2 kiwi fruit
- 1 green apple
- squeeze of lime

METHOD:
- juice celery, broccoli/cucumber, spinach and ginger.
- Put juice, peeled kiwi, squeeze of lime and chopped up apple into blender and blend.
- Note: This combination of juicing and blending allows you to obtain more fibre from your beverage.
