INGREDIENTS:
- 2 beetroot bulbs
- 1 knob ginger
- 2 carrots
- 1 cup berries
- 1 red apple
- squeeze of lemon

METHOD:
- Juice beetroot, ginger, carrots
- Put juice, chopped apple, berries and lemon juice into blender. Blend well
- Note: This combination of juicing and blending allows you to obtain more fibre from your beverage.
